Eloise Emanuel prosecutes Police Chief Inspector accused of assaulting female colleague

The Chief Inspector of the Roads and Transport Policing Command, Andrew Johnstone, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with assault by beating. 

The charge relates to an incident at the Metropolitan Police Headquarters, New Scotland Yard, on January 17th 2018, where it is alleged that he shoulder-barged a colleague, Chief Inspector Penelope Mills.
