Spring Launch of the POCA Advisory and Asset Forfeiture (PAAF) Practice Group and Newsletter

QEB Hollis Whiteman is pleased to announce the Spring launch of its POCA Advisory and Asset Forfeiture (PAAF) practice group, bringing together members with extensive experience across restraint, confiscation, civil recovery, enforcement and related advisory matters. The formation of the group reflects chambers’ continued commitment to developing its offering in this growing and complex area of law.

Coinciding with this launch, chambers is also pleased to share the first edition of its POCA Advisory and Asset Forfeiture (PAAF) Newsletter, dedicated to developments and ideas relevant to proceeds of crime advisory work and asset seizure.

The inaugural edition has been developed by Allison Clare KC, Anita Clifford, Zara Brawley and Kathryn Hughes. In this issue, the authors provide insights and commentary on recent cases, emerging issues and practical developments, reflecting the breadth of expertise within chambers in proceeds of crime and asset forfeiture work.

Future editions of the newsletter will continue to highlight key legal developments and practical considerations for those working in proceeds of crime and asset forfeiture.
