Eleanor Laws KC and Nora Nanayakkara defend a young professional man, who was acquitted of all charges

Eleanor Laws KC and Nora Nanayakkara represented H, a young professional man of good character, who faced a 4-count indictment of alleged rape and sexual assault in relation to two complainants.

The prosecution case was that he had taken advantage of two complainants at work-related social events in 2022 to commit the alleged offences.  H was arrested two years later and denied the allegations. 

Following an 8-day trial, H was acquitted on all counts.
