Kathryn Hughes secures an acquittal for a large, residential property developer accused of an offence under section 187A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Kathryn appeared before Newport Magistrates’ Court to defend the company in a prosecution brought by Newport City Council. The company was acquitted following a full trial.
