Mark Aldred successfully defended PC Bradshaw, securing an acquittal within twenty minutes in what the Judge described as a case with national ramifications.
PC Bradshaw was charged following his actions which knocked two helmet-less riders off their unregistered electric motorcycle averting the dangers of pursuit.
