Paul Raudnitz KC and Fraser Coxhill successfully defend in the Oxford Mosque conspiracy to murder case.

Paul Raudnitz KC and Fraser Coxhill have successfully defended B, who, on 7^th February 2025, was found not guilty of conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause GBH.

The Prosecution alleged that B had sourced a firearm and a knife, co-ordinated operations on the ground, and acted as the getaway driver, in a conspiracy to murder a relative at the Manzil Way Mosque in Oxford.

The not guilty verdicts were the culmination of a three-week trial which involved the systematic challenge to the case against B.
