Paul Raudnitz KC and Fraser Coxhill have successfully defended B, who, on 7th February 2025, was found not guilty of conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause GBH.
The Prosecution alleged that B had sourced a firearm and a knife, co-ordinated operations on the ground, and acted as the getaway driver, in a conspiracy to murder a relative at the Manzil Way Mosque in Oxford.
The not guilty verdicts were the culmination of a three-week trial which involved the systematic challenge to the case against B.
Paul Raudnitz KC and Fraser Coxhill were instructed by Joanna Benn of Reeds Solicitors.
