D was issued with a Police Information Notice (PIN) in November 2016 following a long and complex dispute with her neighbours.
Ruth Broadbent was instructed, on behalf of D, to advise on the potential for Judicial Review and to draft a letter of complaint to the police.
After receiving the letter the police informed D that the PIN would be revoked.
