Advice re Kingly Solicitors (2025)

Natasha Tahta of QEB Hollis Whiteman provided advice to the Solicitors Regulation Authority regarding the case of Kingly Solicitors (formerly RH Legal).

The firm was shut down by the SRA in 2020 following concerns about the misuse of client funds.

Following investigation, the SRA have imposed their largest-ever fine, nearly £4 million, on Nurul Miah, the former non-solicitor owner of Kingly Solicitors.
