Eleanor Laws KC and Orla Daly represented Patrick Spencer MP at Southwark Crown Court, where he faced two counts of sexual assault.
The allegations related to two separate complainants and concerned events said to have taken place at a private members' club in London in August 2023.
Following trial, the jury returned not guilty verdicts on both counts.
