Thomas Coke-Smyth represented the General Chiropractic Council in a case against a chiropractor in respect of failures arising from a serious clinical incited during which the patient had to be removed from the practice by ambulance following an adverse reaction and was later diagnosed with Cauda Equina Syndrome. This case involved complex expert medical evidence.
