Fallon Alexis represents General Dental Council in prosecution of unqualified tooth whitener.
Fallon Alexis acted for the GDC in the prosecution of unqualified Ghulam Kibria who offered cut price tooth whitening services on the internet using the registration number of a qualified dentist. Kibria, who was told by the judge that ‘He had betrayed his patient’s trust’ and that ‘people will have been misled by [his] advert’ was ordered to pay a total of £1,600 in fines, costs and compensation.
