Ben FitzGerald presented the case for the GDC against a dentist accused of misconduct and deficient professional performance.
Allegations in respect of his appallingly poor care towards 13 patients over a seven year period in the Dundee area.
The case turned on detailed and complex expert evidence. Ben advised at length in conference with Capsticks and the GDC’s expert to ensure that this evidence was adduced in a clear and consistent manner, with the effect that the charges were proved and the dentist struck off the Register.
