Tom Kark QC and Ben FitzGerald presented the case against Dr Keilloh on behalf of the General Medical Council.
Dr Derek Keilloh was found guilty of misleading and dishonest conduct although he has denied any knowledge of injuries suffered by an Iraqi hotel worker who died in British Custody.
