Katherine was instructed to prosecute Mr Shepherd, who was today sentenced following his guilty pleas to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one of criminal damage committed between February and June 2025. The defendant received a sentence of 20 months' imprisonment, with a 4 year extended licence period.
