Peter Finnigan QC and Tom Coke-Smyth prosecute in Airbnb drugs supply conspiracy

Peter Finnigan QC and Tom Coke-Smyth are prosecuting in a high-profile case concerning an alleged conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

The alleged conspiracy involved the use of Airbnb properties, moped couriers, and the WhatsApp messaging service.

The six defendants, Souellen Miguez, Carlos Libardi Da Silva, Bernardo Salles, Andre Alves, Isabella Braga Da Silva, and Shawi Attie, who are all originally from Brazil, deny the charges. The case is ongoing at Inner London Crown Court.
