Philip was led by Joel Smith KC in the prosecution of a man for the murder of two of his former partners.
The case was tried by Mr Justice Jeremy Johnson and a jury at the Crown Court at Woolwich. The defendant was convicted and imprisoned for life with a minimum term of 35 years. The defendant has declined to reveal the whereabouts of the body of one of his victims.
