Philip Evans KC is instructed in proceedings concerning allegations of manslaughter arising from an incident in south London in September 2025, in which it is said that a single punch caused fatal injuries to Michael Edwards following an altercation outside a convenience store.
The defendant denies the charge. The trial is ongoing.
