Fallon assisted in the successful defence of a 21 year old woman who was charged with murder.
Fallon's client was acquitted of murder and convicted of the lessor offence of manslaughter following a trial at the Central Criminal Court. The co-defendant was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.
