Leading Counsel in the Prosecution for the murder of Suma Begum, the 24-year-old wife of the defendant, in front of their two children aged 2 years and 4 months. The Defendant strangled Ms. Begum and disposed of her body by placing it in a suitcase which he threw into the River Thames. Sentenced to life with minimum term of 22 years. Cross-jurisdictional issues as a result of murder being witnessed on video call from Dubai by a Bangladeshi citizen.
