Tom Orpin-Massey represented a teenager accused of joint enterprise theft and Joint enterprise attempted robbery.
The client, who had earlier pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply, was acquitted by the jury of theft and convicted of attempted robbery. The judge sentenced him to a term of custody he had already served on remand and therefore he was released from prison the following day (Southwark CC).
