Sole Counsel in prosecution of a man for the murder of his ex-wife Beatrice Cenusa whilst their 10-year-old daughter was in the same flat. After evidence of his previous conduct obtained (violence, controlling behaviour, cyber-stalking of the deceased, and violence against another partner in another jurisdiction) he pleaded guilty to murder.
