Natasha Tahta, instructed by the SRA, presented before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in the matter of Gavin Dowell.
Mr Dowell, an experienced solicitor, was struck off following a violent incident at a youth rugby match.
Mr Dowell was also ordered to pay costs of £9102.
