Sean Larkin KC of QEB Hollis Whiteman and Soheil Khan of Park Square Barristers jointly represented David Barraclough, who was sentenced to life at Leeds Crown Court.
David Barraclough admitted murdering his wife at their family home in Horbury, West Yorkshire, in February, after initially denying the offence. He changed his plea to guilty on the first day of his trial.
Barraclough was sentenced to life imprisonment, with a minimum term of 22 years and one month before he can be considered for parole, minus the time spent on remand.
Sean and Soheil were instructed by Shoaib Rashid of Tyler Hoffman Solicitors.
