Three defendants were charged arising out of the murder of the 'Turkish DJ', Mehmet Koray Alpergin. Mitchell-Peart pleaded guilty to kidnap and false imprisonment, Weatherley was convicted of manslaughter, kidnaps and false imprisonment; Stoyanov was convicted of perverting the course of justice.
