Samantha Ford drowned her 23-month-old twins, Jake and Chloe, on Boxing Day 2018.
The prosecution accepted Ms Ford’s plea of guilty to manslaughter by diminished responsibility; Mr Justice Edis will sentence Ms Ford on 16 August at the Old Bailey.
