QEB Hollis Whiteman recently welcomed police federation representatives and solicitors specialising in police misconduct to a seminar exploring current issues and developments in police discipline and misconduct law. The event offered a focused programme of expert-led sessions covering legal updates, vetting, criminal parameters, discrimination, practical defence strategies and Regulation 18 and 31 responses.
The seminar was chaired by Alexandra Felix KC and presenters included Paul Wakerely, Mark Aldred, Fraser Coxhill, Adam King, Tom Phillips and Georgina Jenkins of QEB Hollis Whiteman.
The seminar provided an opportunity for federation representatives, solicitors and members of chambers to come together, share expertise and discuss current developments in police misconduct law.
