QEB Hollis Whiteman is pleased to publish the second edition of its POCA Advisory and Asset Forfeiture (PAAF) Newsletter.
Building on the success of the inaugural edition and the continued growth of chambers' POCA Advisory and Asset Forfeiture practice group, this latest issue provides further analysis and commentary on developments in proceeds of crime advisory work, asset seizure, freezing and forfeiture. This quarter we examine the bounds of the “tipping off” offences in POCA following the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports and provide an insight into victim interventions in Magistrates’ Court forfeiture proceedings.
This edition of the newsletter has been developed by Allison Clare KC, Anita Clifford, Zara Brawley, Kathryn Hughes and Alex Mullen.
