David Groome and Ari Alibhai acted in confiscation proceedings arising from one of the UK’s largest illegal streaming prosecutions.
The court ordered repayment of £3.75 million under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 following convictions in relation to the unlawful streaming of Premier League football matches.
The proceedings follow 2023 sentences imposed on members of the “Flawless TV” operation for their role in the illegal streaming enterprise.
