SRA v Perry (2018)

Selva Ramasamy QC acted for the Solicitors Regulation Authority in this case, which involved a solicitor who had misled his employer about the explanation for substantial payments he had received from a client.

This conduct was found to be dishonest. Other regulatory breaches were also found proved. The Respondent was struck off, with an order that he pay the SRA’s costs.
