Tom Lambert secures not guilty verdicts at Aylesbury Crown Court

Directed acquittals on all counts following successful no case submissions in serious Crown Court stabbing trial.

Tom Lambert represented a Defendant in a trial at Aylesbury Crown Court arising out of an incident where the complainant (the Defendant's friend) received stab wounds from other accused, puncturing his lung and liver. During the incident, CCTV showed the Defendant swinging a glass bottle at his co-defendant, who was later shown to have cuts to his head and shards of glass in his hair.

As a result, he was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon. At the close of the prosecution case, following submissions of no case to answer, the jury were directed to enter not guilty verdicts against Tom's client on all counts.
